Авлигатай тэмцэх газар /АТГ/-аас цаг үеийн асуудлаар ээлжит мэдээлэл хийлээ.
АТГ-т төрийн өндөр алба хашиж буй болон төрийн холбогдох албан тушаалтнууд хөрөнгө орлогын мэдүүлгээ гаргаж өгөх хугацаа хоёрдугаар сарын 15-нд дуусгавар болсон. Хуульд заасан хугацаанд зохих шатны байгууллагын 40073 эрх бүхий албан тушаалтан хөрөнгө, орлогын мэдүүлгээ гаргах байснаас 40067 нь хөрөнгө орлогын мэдүүлгээ гаргаж өгчээ. Мөн Төрийн өндөр албан тушаал хашдаг 272 албан тушаалтан мэдүүлгээ гаргах ёстой байснаас 271 нь бүртгүүлжээ. Мэдүүлгээ өгөөгүй нэг хүн нь Сонгуулийн ерөнхий хорооны гишүүн Б.Билэгт бөгөөд АТГ-аас хуулийн дагуу түүнд хариуцлага тооцож ажиллана гэв.
Мөн АТГ-аас 2018 оны эхний хоёр сарын хугацаанд 21 эрүүгийн хэрэг шүүхэд шилжүүлсэн байна. Шүүхэд шилжсэн хэргүүд дотор Эдийн засгийн хөгжлийн сайд асан Н.Батбаярыг албан тушаалын байдлаа урвуулан ашиглаж, улсад онц их хэмжээний хохирол учруулсан гэх хэрэг, Авто тээврийн үндэсний төвийн Тээвэр зохицуулалтын хэлтсийн дарга Д.Батбаярыг албан үүргээ хэрэгжүүлсний хариуд бусдаас удаа дараагийн үйлдлээр онц их хэмжээний хахуул авсан хэрэг багтаж байгааг мэдээллээ.
Түүнээс гадна “Эрдэнэт” үйлдвэрийн захирал асан Ч.Ганзориг, Хуулийн хэлтсийн дарга асан н.Мөнхжаргал нарт эрүүгийн хэрэг үүсгэж, яллагдагчаар татаад байгаа аж.
